How do I travel to Da Nang by train?
Da Nang can be reached on regular passenger rail services in Vietnam. Booking earlier is recommended for higher-demand travel dates and major intercity routes.
How long does the booking process take?
After submitting your order, we will process your booking within 30 minutes. If your ticket order has not yet reached the sales date, the order will be automatically issued on the sales date. For orders that have reached the sales date, if you have not received the electronic ticket within 24 hours, please check your email's spam folder or visit your orders to check your booking status. How do I use an electronic train ticket in Vietnam?
The electronic ticket is a valid boarding pass and can be used to board the train at the departure station. Passengers can show the electronic ticket on their mobile phones for inspection by station staff.
Can I cancel my booking after I have booked a ticket?
Cancellations can be made more than 24 hours before departure. The cancellation fee is 30%-50% of the ticket price, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you (the specific refund amount is subject to the actual refund amount of the station).
I missed my departure time, can I cancel?
Please note that tickets for departed trains cannot be refunded or exchanged.
